If you want to make rapid progress in destressing your body, mind and your life – ridding yourself of fears and anxieties, take empowering steps toward ‘unshakeable’ peace and happiness within, make progress along your spiritual path, and unleash greater creativity and manifesting mojo… you have come to the right place! Welcome to my website, I’m glad you are here.

My Mission

I’m passionate about meditation and intuition and bridging the gap between the cosmic realms and our earthly existence in the day to day. Having a divine connection is even better when you can ground it into the mundane and I’m all about that.

I’m on a mission to teach as many people as possible how to meditate. The best part of developing a strong daily meditation practice as I see it is in co-creating (with Divinity) the life you want with your awakened creative energies.

I also believe we are natural healers and have beautiful healing energy available to us from within. This healing energy is unblocked and strengthened through regular meditation practice. Giving energy healing sessions and teaching others about healing energy is one of my favorite pastimes too.

From “My plan” to the “Divine plan” for My Life

My career as an energy healer and meditation teacher found me. It was not the plan. Skip to the year 1999… the plan wasn’t working. I was getting my Masters in Social Work living in NYC, going to NYU no less. I realized I was really unhappy. Darn, my plan REALLY wasn’t working. This was supposed to be the best part of my plan. I was now at NYU for my Masters, woo hoo. I had purposely gone to a state school for my undergrad (Hunter College, City University of New York) so I could splurge on a high-end Masters Program. Crap. So I finally began asking deeper questions of Life, after a lot of resistance. I began asking “Now what?” And more importantly I began praying, when in doubt I pray. I threw out a prayer to the Universe for guidance and my next move. And sure enough, I started getting signs and hints about next moves. I acted on them and within 7 months I had scouted out the Southwest and moved to the Phoenix area of Arizona BY MYSELF to start a new adventure.

I haven’t looked back. Life fell into place from the moment I got off the plane and stood on that red earth. (I spent the first 6 weeks of my stay in Sedona, AZ, land of beautiful red earth before heading south to the Phoenix area.) I was on Mars for sure, that’s what it felt like to my body, but I was in the right place. Go figure. EVERYTHING in my life flowed smoothly from there… and quickly. I never got lonely, made fast friends and my energy healing career took off as I worked in the best spas in the world. It seems obvious it was all meant to be.

After 7 great years in Scottsdale, Arizona it was time to move again and I was ready for another level of development in my energy healing career. I had plateaued in my life in my 6th year out in AZ and began asking Life for insights as I was needing my next step. Just like my move from New York to Phoenix, the signs and hints began coming in about moving to San Diego. I followed them, scouting out the city with a friend in August 2006 and moving there without hesitation by October 2006. Just like before everything in my new life in San Diego on many levels flowed incredibly well. I had made the right decision for sure and I still think so 8 years later. 🙂

Some more personal and quirky information about me:

  • I naturally keep a sense of amusement in the classes I teach (as in life), beware. Just ask my students, they know I can NOT let things get too serious and they love it.
  • I consider myself an artist at the core of who I am.
  • I love running. I’ve done a few 13.1 mile races and loved them. I’m feeling an itch to do another one soon, and maybe a 26.2 one day, maybe.
  • I love fitness classes, and do Outdoor Bootcamp & indoor Cycling a few times a week.
  • I became a certified yoga teacher in 2003.
  • I became a massage therapist in 1996.
  • I have a B.S. degree from CUNY (City University of New York) – double major Psychology/Fine Art.
  • I finished one year of a Masters Degreen in Clinical Social Work at NYU.
  • My cat is my first pet and I had no idea until 9 years ago, when I got her, that I’m a crazy animal lover. I could never live without pets in my life now. Actually, I would to have a farm full of animals.
  • I love the kitchen because I love food… mostly healthy food!
You can find me there most days prepping some delicious stuff for myself and my friends… perfecting smoothie and homemade chocolate recipes, making low-carb meals and all sorts of healthy dishes.

Thanks for visiting and I hope to see you online or in person soon!

Best,
Tara Brennan
