A Hands-On-Energy Healing session with Tara Brennan is a gentle laying-on-of-hands treatment in which you relax on a massage table. The session helps heal spirit and body.
In a Hands-On Energy Healing session with Tara, vital life force energy flows through her hands affecting your physical body, subtle body and subtle energy, revitalizing you on all levels: mental, emotional, spiritual, as well as the physical. Your subtle body is located within and around your physical body and includes the chakras, energy channels, meridians and your aura. Subtle energy is also known as ‘chi’ or ‘ki’ or ‘prana.’
In this session, Tara moves her hands over your body from head to toe and flows various healing energies through her hands. She will also work outside your body on your aura.

Tara, along with many alternative health practitioners, believes that when you have health on the subtle energy level or the spiritual level that health and wellness on the physical level inevitably follows. This approach is backwards from our modern medical system and dominant thinking in our Western culture, in which the physical comes first and the spiritual is invalidated much of the time.
Many healers and alternative health practitioners have had to borrow from Eastern cultures in which energy and spiritual reality is held in esteem and viewed as a necessary component of healing, health, recovery and wellness. Tara has too. She first got introduced to Hands-On Energy Healing through Reiki. Tara became a Reiki Master in 1999 and practiced Reiki for the following 10 years on a consistent, daily basis working in some of the best spas in the world. She has logged thousands of hours, over 10 years, helping clients transform their lives with energy healing and has learned intimately about the miraculous power of this approach.
